How to buy -

New Vans:

Once you have decided on the van that you would like to purchase the ordering process is very straightforward:

• Call us on 01179 68 68 69 to check availability and confirm the price
• We will fax/email/post you a order form confirming all the details
• Sign and send back the order form
• Place a £500 deposit over the phone (via credit/debit card)
• We will then reserve the vehicle from our stocks or order it from our suppliers
• We will send you out information pack 7-10 days prior to delivery with your registration and chassis numbers. If we have arranged finance for you we will also issue the documents for you to check and sign.
• We will then contact you to arrange a delivery date.
• Your final payment is then due 48 hours prior to delivery
• One of our drivers will call you on the day of delivery with an estimated delivery time.
• Once your vehicle has arrived please check the vehicle thoroughly (including the interior), and sign the drivers delivery note to confirm acceptance of the vehicle.

Used Vans:

• Call us on 01179 68 68 69 with the details of the van you are looking for.
• We will inform you of all our suitable vehicles, their mileages, service histories and condition.
• If you decide to purchase, we will fax/email/post you a order form confirming all the details
• Sign and send back the order form
• Place a £500 deposit over the phone (via credit/debit card)
• We will then reserve the vehicle from our stocks or order it from our suppliers
• We will then contact you to arrange a delivery date and time
• Once the vehicle arrives and you are happy with everything just pay the final amount to our driver. (If for whatever reason you are not happy with the condition on arrival we will fully refund your deposit, no questions asked)

If you are part exchanging a vehicle please ensure…

• All the documents (V5 Logbook/MoT/Service History), Handbooks and spare keys are all ready for our driver to collect.
• The vehicle has been emptied of all your tools and belongings.
